Read all the
information available on our web site in particular the terms
and conditions of hire. |

Check with your
car insurers to ensure that you are covered for towing a horse
trailer
on your car
policy. |

|
|
3) |
Decide on the date
and period you would like to hire a horse trailer for. |
| |
|
|
4) |
Telephone or
e-mail i4hire trailers to either ask any further questions you
have or to make your reservation. |

|
5) |
i4hire will
confirm availability or will advise of alternatives should
your preferred period already be booked. i4hire will also
confirm with you the remaining security requirements to enable
you to hire a horse trailer. |

6) |
Once availability
is confirmed you will be advised to pay your deposit either
via our secure PayPal on line facility. i4hire will provisionally hold the trailer
for you for a 48 hour period to allow you to do this. |

7) |
Once your deposit
has been received i4hire will confirm to you in writing via e
mail that your reservation has been confirmed and will detail
the agreed collection date and time and period of hire. You
will also be sent directions to our trailer pick up point. |
Please
note that if your deposit is not paid within the 48 hour period
allowed then we reserve the right to take other bookings on the
trailer that had been allocated to you.

Daily Hire: £20
Weekend Hire: £20
Weekly Hire: £30
Seasonal Hire: Winter £50 - Summer £50

Please note that once a deposit has been paid our
refund/cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation with 4 weeks or more notice of hire commencing £15
admin/cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 1 to 4 weeks of hire commencing £20 minimum or
50% of deposit paid whichever the greater.
Cancellation within 7 days of the hire due to commence no refund of
deposit paid.
i4hire reserve the right to refuse the hire of any trailer to any
person/s or companies without providing any reason whatsoever.
No hires will be allowed to commence within 24 hours of the first
booking.
i4hire cannot be held liable if the hire of a trailer cannot
commence as arranged/booked, if this is as a result of events or
circumstances taking place that i4hire could not have reasonably
foreseen or had any control over. In these rare circumstances i4hire
will endeavour to offer a replacement trailer, if one is available,
or work with a client to overcome the problem. i4hire cannot be held
liable for any financial losses or consequential financial losses
that may be resultant in this event. i4hire will offer the option of
a refund if a alternative trailer cannot be provided.
